Adam is the best agent I have ever had. If I could rate him I would give him 15/10. He has great knowledge of the current market, and was spot on for my property, actually getting a much better price than I could have imagined. His communication skills are second to none, If I rang him and he was busy, I KNEW I wouldn't have to wait long before I received a call back. I cannot fault Adam in any way . I appreciated his professionalism and his dedication to selling my property quickly but at the same time achieving a result that was pleasing for me. He was attentive to my needs and never left me wondering as to what i needed to do to prepare my property , or what was happening during the "for Sale " period . or how the actual sale was progressing once he had a possible buyer. He always kept me informed with all the necessary details and time lines. I found the whole process which was on the traumatic side for me ,much more tolerable due to Adam's consideration and hard work.

I have great pleasure in speaking of my experience of Adam Teague's work as a real estate agent. I interviewed 6 agents in all prior to choosing Adam to sell my home. From the outset he stood out and I was not disappointed in subsequent dealings. Adam made what can be a very challenging time as easy as possible and was conscious that it was an important time for me. Little touches like a bottle of champagne and photos of me sticking on the sold sign were really appreciated. His advice, for example, about the need to declutter, was helpful and what's more, correct. Adam kept me informed all steps of the way, answered my questions and returned calls promptly. He was ready and able to negotiate with prospective buyers when the time came and closed the sale as soon as possible, keeping me informed throughout. It was a speedy sale. Adam was professional and efficient throughout our entire process. We had some special circumstances as we live overseas, and the time difference was a hindrance at times with people working to fix the house before sale. Adam managed a lot of that for us and kept us abreast of all situations and helped us negotiate and work through it before the actual sale of the house. He was knowledgable and honest about the market and we got what we hoped for in the first weekend of our first open.

We were very happy with Adam's work. He researched the property market well and gave us realistic expectations of the value, which were spot on.
