Makenzy was professional and friendly from our first dealings with him both over the phone and in person. At the initial inspection Makenzy explained all the important features of the home but also gave us space to inspect the home at our leisure which we appreciated. He is approachable, has a warm friendly demeanour and answered any questions we had. Makenzy kept us informed the entire process and also touched base just to see how we were doing which was appreciated.
