Off market home purchase

Helpful, personable and reasonable
Solomon and his team were so friendly, so easy to get in touch with when I needed them and just made things so much more simple. The stress of selling a house is intense but Solomon put us at ease through the whole time by just being a real person and explaining things in a way we could understand. Extremely professional and very friendly
Makenzy was extremely professional and absolutely brilliant to work with from start to finish. He showed positive interest in our prior preparations for sale and gave us tips on how best to improve and present our house. He even offered to help with some of the tasks we had set ourselves! His ability to articulate made us feel more comfortable throughout the selling process. He was with us every step of the way. Makenzy displays a genuine passion for his job which we feel contributed to us successfully achieving well above our asking price! The most easiest and simplest process
Solomon was so fantastic from the first initial phone call where I contacted him from a referral. And what a referral it was. Solomon has been the best agent I have ever dealt with and I’ve bought and sold properties over the last 10 years. Could not recommend enough! 6 stars out of 5.

A great agent - would highly recommend
We recently engaged Solomon and his team to sell our house. From the outset, my wife and I were very impressed with Solomon's professionalism, promptness and attention to detail. Solomon's initial appraisal sat exactly where our sale price finally landed. Throughout the process, Solomon kept us up to date with progress; he never failed to answer a call, he has excellent communication skills. Solomon was flexible with our requests to adjust some marketing strategies. Although the house did not sell immediately, Solomon never suggested we should lower our price or that the market had unexpectedly 'softened' in favour of buyers. Solomon encouraged us to stick with our listed price, rather than accept a number of lower offers. We were very happy with Solomon and his team. We would engage him again, and would recommend others do so too.
