Marcusse is a hands on agent taking time out of his busy day to address concerns give advice about the sale or come over & change the handles in my kitchen before the first open house! He promised great results & he delivered with a record sales price for the area. And the house was only on the market for 7 days before it was sold! I have really enjoyed working with Mak during this process, he would have to be the friendliest, most willing, and perhaps the most diligent R.E. agent I have ever met, and that's on at least 22 occasions of buying and selling. He worked hard on our behalf and took personal care to help with all the details as if he was working for us, and not the salesman on commission to the vendor, a clever balance to achieve.
