Solomon can handle anything that's thrown at him and just keeps going, exceeding expectations.
I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Soner and Team Solomon. "Top 3 Agent in Brisbane, Top 5 in QLD and Top 30 in Australia [Rate My Agent]". Team Solomon sold our house after the first open-home for an excellent price and went about their business, effortlessly clearing roadblocks, before and after the sale. I've seen other professionals disappear when things get difficult but Solomon can handle anything that's thrown at him and just keeps going, exceeding expectations. It's rare that a house appears on the market that suits our family so when one did appear but under auction, we were a bit stuck on how to handle it. On the day of the auction, I called Solomon for some advice but instead of just giving me some tips, Solomon rearranged something he was already doing so that he could represent me and then cleaned up at the auction with only two bids. Within 8 days of the auction, Solomon had our house styled, photographed and marketed before presenting us with several signed contracts, unconditional in 7 days, from the first open home which was on Saturday, on our kitchen table by Monday night. Solomon also solved a few logistics and home preparation issues during that time which was quite unbelievable given the circumstances. When choosing an agent you need someone that has the most experience, business knowledge, negotiating skills, professionalism and someone who gets things done and can problem-solve quickly and effectively. Solomon and the others in Team Solomon effortlessly display all of these attributes. The team worked really well together, covering for each other if one gets called out somewhere and chipping in as needed. Reaction time to answer any question, no matter how big or small, just amazing. I can say without any hesitation that there is nobody I would trust more to do something with this level of importance than Solomon and his team. We met Caroline, Kerry, Shaun, JP, Sam, Gabe, Jacob, and of course Solomon. Outstanding effort.

Excellent communicator, high achiever with the vendor's best interests always first
From the start Solomon was clear about what we could expect from his agency. We also met with a number of his staff, both initially and during the course of the sales campaign, and we were impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. We found him to be a good negotiator with all prospective purchasers, and because of his tenacity, we achieved a better than expected outcome. I chose Solomon to sell my property because of his excellent market knowledge and sales results in the Cleveland Bayside area. Solomon was very professional and pleasant to deal with and kept me updated on the progress of the sale and open houses. Solomon always had my best interests at the forefront and said he would get the sale price I wanted as I was not in a rush to sell, and I was very happy with the sales result and my property sold within 2 months.
