Under contract after the first open for inspection day / same day and last week (within 2 weeks of signing of the contract) went unconditional. Solomon, man of few words, and full of action, and up to know, I have not met him or his team! Did my own research, as myself is a real estate agent representative, and interviewed at least 3 agents from leading agencies and by God's grace, I selected Solomon, the man of wisdom! I may have lost over $250,000 if I have gone with another agent, who would have underquoted / undersold my property. Don't go by any agencies to select the agent. Just go through the sold data on the realestate.com.au for the property suburb and select who sold the highest number of sold properties in that suburb, and you can not go wrong!
