We have purchased and sold a few properties in our time, but none were as easy and stress free as this latest purchase with Solomon. After one quick meeting at an open house, we gave Solomon a brief description of what we were after (as we did with several agents in the area at other opens) Solomon followed through on his promise to find us some options. No pressure, just professional and so comfortable to deal with. The impression we got throughout this process with most agents we talked to, was that they were happy to wait for us to approach them a second time if we found something, whereas Solomon listened to what we wanted and found it for us (with more than one suitable home to choose from) I couldn’t line up the trades people to do inspections and quotes on minor changes, and without a pause, Solomon would say “no problem, we will meet you there as often as you need”. When we listed our property with Solomon he had some great ideas and within a few days we were presented with our first contract with a really good price, unfortunately this did not go to unconditional as it was subject to a house being sold by another agent, however due to a sunset clause this did not stop Solomon accepting other offers.
