Solomon was wonderful to work with. We had never sold a home before and didn't really know where to start as the home was passed down to us. We had seen a lot of other agents and sent them all some questions to help us make a decision on what we were going to do with the family home after having initially met them and have them evaluate the house. Solomon was the only one who called us back and set a time to meet with us to go over the questions and to also get to know us more, the others just emailed their answers. Solomon was very knowledgeable about the market and was always available to answer any questions we had. We were so impressed with the way he and his team marketed our property and the way he negotiated with potential buyers, we were able to sell the property within a month of putting it up for sale and we couldn't ask for better. Solomon were great helping me find a small house for myself and disabled daughter.
