Nathan was so great to deal with throughout the whole process of purchasing our property. He is always quick to respond, contacted us many times to keep us up to date with any advancements and was open and honest about the process. He was also very professional, yet personable. After dealing with Sydney agents for years, it was all a refreshing change!

From our experience we found Nathan extremely easy to talk with. He showed sincerely he wanted to get the best price. It all happened in such a very short time. He not only sold my house but also showed me a house to buy!! Good luck in the future Nathan you are a professional.

We put Nathan under a lot of pressure over recent months with two sales in short order, but he came up trumps every time. Never ruffled, ever positive and good-natured, coupled with a keen professional nose for the right strategy in challenging circumstances; by way of one example, switching to an online auction on the last occasion due to Covid. Sincere thanks to him and his assistants and colleagues!

We made it very clear to Nathan of our requirements. These requirements were that all dealings would be business like, accurate, on time, with clear communications, and realistic appraisals . Nathan kept us well informed as I cannot recall having to chase him over any outstanding issue as he regularly kept us abreast of all or any developments. Nathan achieved all of our expectations and we felt comfortable dealing with him.

We have always respected Nathans' professionalism, even prior to having him sell our property. He is a very conscientious agent, taking the time to return our calls quickly if not available, as well as being courteous and understanding. Over the years we have bought, sold and rented various properties, and Nathan is by far the best at his job that we have come across. We wish him all the best in his career, and we think Elders are very lucky to have him on their team.
