Service Above & Beyond !!!!
The selling and successful marketing of our rural property in Crescent Head was the easiest and smoothest experience in Real Estate I have ever had !!!!!!!!!!!! I expected the property to take perhaps months to sell, not only in the COVID market, but also being rural. Being Sydney based it was important to establish a good relationship with Nathan, made very easy by his happy, pleasant, no task too great demure. :) Nathan's professionalism was clearly evident from our initial meeting and we were very impressed. His brilliant marketing campaign and advise secured on first inspection, 8 groups, 4 contracts and 2 offers. The deposit was paid and contracts exchanged the very next day for a price above the initial asking price. I firmly believe it was his very successful marketing campaign, local knowledge and professional experience, that created such active competitive interest. Task complete, not quite...…….our property had a 3 car garage shed full of stuff that needed to be cleared and a tenant that needed to be appeased..….The property also needed some maintenance just prior our first open, re; the lawns, so Nathan was able to swiftly employ Chris ( on our behalf ) to take care of this as well as sort and clear our garage prior to settlement. As I live in Sydney, all of Nathan and Chris's extra help and advise was invaluable. Not only did it keep my stress levels in check, it saved us all the time and unnecessary travel that we would have incurred otherwise. Nathan's quick replies to texts, calls, emails etc was appreciated as well as his skill co- ordinating on my behalf the necessary jobs in hand. I would thoroughly recommend Nathan to one and all and feel lucky that our paths crossed in this jointly successful endeavour.

My experiance with Nathan
Nathan was professional and helpful, always responded to any email concerns or questions I had around the process of buying the property. The only word of advice I would have is, when dealing with a customer who lives in another state, make sure you contact via ph and introduce yourself on the onset of the application. Don't wait for them to call you. Its was so much better once we had spoken over the ph.
