Great Result and Seamless Transacting
Nathan knows and understands the market in Crescent Head and is able to provide sound advice on current market conditions. Guidance pricing is spot on, which is what a vendor needs to know before embarking on the sales process. Even thought our campaign was short, each step of the way was seamless with excellent communication throughout.

Competent and aware
I'd known Nathan since October 2019 when my son bought his house and Nathan was the agent. Nathan became aware that I was looking for my own place and after viewing many that were not suitable for my needs but understood that when something suitable might be coming on the market he contacted me and I was able to buy off market because of his overall knowledge of the vendors needs and the buyers needs. Patient and determined
Selling a property is an emotional time for anyone as you need to trust that the agent is going to get the right result for you. During the sale of our land in Verges Creek Nathan was very determined to get the best result and patient without expectations.
