I have bought and sold with Nathan several times and never once had any issue’s .His communication,expertise and knowledge of the area are excellent. He got me the best sale price and the best purchase price on my new property .Would highly recommend Nathan.

A winner from the start
Nathan approached every aspect of this sale with calm, class and determination. He had done his research before arriving for the initial appraisal and presented three considered and informed campaign ideas. Despite the current hit market, Nathan kept his cool throughout and maintained full transparency along the journey. Together with his assistant Amelia, I felt completely at ease with every aspect of the sale - and was DELIGHTED in the result this dynamic duo delivered. First class, all the way. Great Experience
Nathan has been thoroughly professional in all his dealings with us. He was able to give very good suggestions on what we could do to improve our chances of selling and getting the best price. He was able to contact the relevant trades people to complete all the work in a short period of time. Auction day was well organised and he kept us informed all the way throughout the auction. He suggested a reserve price which we thought was about where the market would be. On the day the sale went well above this reserve. I could recommend Nathan as an agent to anyone considering selling a property in the region.
