Edward was very knowledgeable about the area and very enthusiastic about ensuring we were able to sell our property for a good price. The day of the sale was difficult as there were several potential purchasers who were looking for a bargain but Edward kept pushing at the auction to get us a very good price. In the weeks after the sale the auction results in the neighbourhood confirmed that we had indeed sold for a good price. We have seen many auctioneers over the years and we were very impressed with his skills as an auctioneer.

Edward is an excellent Agent whom my parents have gone to him for the Sale of his second home. Edward took the time to get to know my parents who are in their 70's.
