Terri leads with honesty and transparency. Authenticity is rare, Terri is unique!
From the moment we met Terri, we could tell she was different to other Real Estate Agents. She balanced her genuine care for the vendor with our requirements as the buyer. After many months of searching, it was nice to finally meet a Real Estate Agent that we felt like we trusted from the start. When we were bidding on the place, she didn’t unnecessarily drive up the price. This approach was refreshing. She looked after the vendors needs, whilst ensuring it was as smooth as possible a process for us.

Both Terri and Damien were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They sold our unit, and throughout the whole process they were incredibly responsive, always contactable, and quick to act on anything we needed. Their communication was excellent and consistently friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. They also went above and beyond in helping us manage communications with external parties, which made the entire process much smoother. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive real estate agent.

No nonsense, personal honest and open communication
I walked into Terri Mackay's office with much trepidation, having had bad experiences with other local real estate agents before. From the first meeting till the closing off the sale of my property (and beyond), their communication has been open and honest. The market value advised and expected sale price of my home were spot on. They have good market knowledge, and the listing accurately described my home without exaggerating. They were engaging proactively with potential buyers and communicated the outcome of the open house and the progress of the sale. They were selling my home and not just another house. I highly recommend working with Terri & Damien Mackay if you consider selling your home.
