Both Terri and Damien were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. I walked into Terri Mackay's office with much trepidation, having had bad experiences with other local real estate agents before. From the first meeting till the closing off the sale of my property (and beyond), their communication has been open and honest. The market value advised and expected sale price of my home were spot on. They have good market knowledge, and the listing accurately described my home without exaggerating. They were engaging proactively with potential buyers and communicated the outcome of the open house and the progress of the sale. They were selling my home and not just another house. Damien Mackay was absolutely the best to work with for our sale. He didn't come in and promise the world with an over inflated sale price. He kept it real. He also had a strategy that worked and that we all stuck too. Sold in (6 days with 2 open houses) unbelievable. Real Estate Agents on the whole quiet often have bad reputations and some deservedly so. Not Damien. It was a team effort by everyone involved. Damien's no BS approach and Terri's experience made for a very profitable & pleasant experience. He kept us informed at all times and was always available to us. We cannot speak highly enough of Damien's professionalism. Thank you Damien (we love you) lol !!
