I purchased a house through Janet. At all times Janet responded to my requests and enquiries in an extremely timely manner. Janet supplied information about the process (first time I had purchased a house) and was able to guide me through to a successful purchase. Janet was not pushy, provided facts when requested, would acknowledge when she didn't know and would go away and get the information quickly, kept me informed all the way through, and kept other parties (legal adviser and mortgage broker) informed where necessary. I didn't feel pressured and I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. Thanks Janet.

Janet Norman acted as our agent when we sold 3 Trent Court, Sandstone Point and from the first meeting in our home she was friendly, approachable, new her stuff and went above and beyond her calling. We could contact her any day of the week (I hated doing that as I think she deserves a break!) but it was necessary at times and Janet was always pleasant and answered every question, no matter how big or small, quickly and efficiently.
