The best thing about Jenny is her upfront honesty. She is very hard working, dedicated to supporting you through the process of selling your home. The work she did as project manager for me in getting the property ready, well, it is simply impossible to overstate my gratitude at her dedication at finding the best price for improvements and solution to all of the things that needed working on to get the best price for it. I know that this, as well as her work to find, contact and negotiate with potentional buyers in the reason my property sold before the auction. In the end though, it is her gentle persistence that I will remember and appreciate the most - always friendly, always helpful but when the novice property owner didn't respond, she always found a way to reach me and support me to work out what I wanted. In my case, the home is a gift I am passing along to a new family. I appreciate knowing that they will be people who will bring life to it and appreciate it as a family home.

I was the tenant in a unit that Jenny sold for the owner. It was a difficult situation with a different realestate managing the property.
