Outstanding!
As someone with long experience in the real estate field, I can honestly say that Jenny has shown herself to be an outstanding estate agent during the course of my house purchase. She has negotiated extremely well on my behalf and knowing that I was under some pressure to obtain an early settlement date, was able to reduce the initial settlement period to 30 days. This has made my situation far easier and enabled me to get on with organising several other things outside of the house purchase. She has maintained constant communication with me on all aspects of the sale, ensuring that I was kept informed on any and all developments as they happened. Jenny truly does go the extra mile for you. She even texted me the measurements for the refrigerator space to help me in planning the kitchen arrangements! She has also offered to organise a housewarming to help me to get to know the neighbours! Jenny is an outstanding real estate agent and we would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. Jenny McEvoy Made a first class impression
I had been thinking about selling my property for over a year and that is where I stayed just thinking then I saw an Elders sign across the road from my place with an announcement "Sold in 3 days". Luckily I was home when Jenny was across the road and I asked her for an opinion on my place. Then I looked into her performance on sales and was impressed. Jenny looked through my home and came back with her ideas. This was in August and it was decided to put it on the market for September. Very rushed for me because I had been away until the end of August but with Jenny's vibrant personally and such positive thinking photos were taken at twilight (I am so glad I went this way because it shows how lovely it is in the evening). My home was put on realestate.com.au on Friday evening with the first open house on Saturday 12.00 to 12.30. There were still people there at 1pm and I wondered why. Can you believe the reason was a contract above the asking price. All done and dusted in 18 hours. Jenny you are a marvel and I really appreciate your care and thoughtfulness throughout this extremely short time that you worked your magic. Thankyou!
