From the moment we engaged Karl, we were impressed with his confidence, knowledge and overall positive nature. He turned what had been a negative selling experience to date into a very positive one. From the very first opening to the day of exchange, Karl was focused on getting the best outcome for us and not worrying about 'days on market'. He believed in the product that was our home and what it represented for us, and for our family's future once sold.
