Excellent property purchase experience

Chris was very easy to deal with when we purchased a Balmain property for investment. We appreciated that whilst he wanted the best result for the vendor, he was able to understand our needs and quickly summarise information we required about purchasing the property for investment. Our buyer's agent confirmed Chris' initial feedback directly to us was accurate, and we moved swiftly through to purchase with no unnecessary back and forth. The post-purchase experience has also been very good so far, since the property management side of Chris' business also seems very professional.

A refreshing experience
