Megan and Andrew from Realway Property were dedicated to the successful sale of our property. No issue was too hard for them and they were very accommodating to our needs and requests. Being an interstate investor who had tenants in our property before sale you can imagine there are a few ‘opportunities’ to overcome before we could get a successful sale. Things such as: solictors advise, pest and build rectifications, and even street appeal, which Megan and Andrew assisted by landscaping, mowing, and even planting a tree themselves! They were resource, communicative, honest and they got within 1% of the money we wanted (99 out of 100 is not too bad) and therefore successful too. All this within a month of advertising. So i highly recommend Megan and Andrew for the sale of your property.

I cannot rate Megan highly enough, she was unlike any agent we had dealt with. She approached the sale of our apt in a tough market with optimism, enthusiasm and professionalism which was very reassuring. I always felt like we were in good hands with Megan. She liaised with my tenant and made sure the apartment looked presentable and held frequent opens so foot traffic was always flowing. On a personal level, I also really enjoyed chatting to her about everyday life all whilst keeping me up to date on how things were going & statistics on how other apartments were selling in the area. Earlier this year, I sold my property in North Lakes, Qld. From the start, he gave me a realistic quotation, without any over-the-top promises, which made me feel comfortable that he was a trustworthy agent. His advice throughout the process was very sound. He kept me up-to-date and I felt very comfortable that he has a very good grasp of the motives/potential of prospective buyers. His communication is very good, as he always responded quickly to my emails. At the end of the sale, I am comfortable that I received as good a deal as I could get in a short timeframe. I am usually cynical of real estate agents' motives, but Andrew worked to get the best outcome for me and I finished the deal feeling very positive about the whole process.

A few months after taking our home off the market because we could not find a suitable property to buy, we were approached by Megan and Andrew Jones RealWay to see if they could help us in our quest. I had a wonderful conversation with Megan who was familiar with the area we thought we wanted to shift to (acreage in the Lockyer Valley). Being proactive, she started to flick me properties she thought might interest us. We found our dream property in a totally different location and the moment we signed the contract I phoned Megan and Andrew and they came to visit us the next day. While this was the first time I had met them, because of the contact I had had with Megan, I felt like she was an old friend. She and Andrew agreed to list our home and said they would go through their database that night (Friday) hoping they could bring a few people through the next day. On the Saturday they had three groups to look at our house. Megan and Andrew presented us with an offer that evening, which we accepted. After I did a fair bit of research on Real Estate Agents in the area, Megan was appointed to sell my investment property in Griffin. As I live interstate, it was important I had someone professional on my side with high communication skills. There are differences in the laws and processes between NSW and QLD and Megan communicated these clearly and in a timely manner, managing my understanding and expectations with care. We had some odd behaviours from a couple of buyers in the process and again, Megan was clear and consistent in her management of all correspondence. I felt in very good hands during the entire process with sound advice and realistic time frames and goals. Megan clearly knows her stuff - and moreover, knows how to communicate at a very high level.
