From the first conversation with Andrew I felt comfortable. He is highly knowledgable, personable, easy to talk to, patient, down to earth, took the time to explain the potential process & potential options and was honest about the state of the market. We didnt even bother talking to any other agents. The whole process was easy, the communication & follow up, the responsiveness, the detailed information on potential buyers, offers and management of the offer process (we had multiple offers), we just couldn't fault him. In the end we accepted an offer within a week and a half of the property going on the market at a great price. We cant recommend Andrew highly enough, he absolutely exceeded our expectations!

Andrew was recommended to us by a mutual friend and we are very glad that we went with him to sell our house. Right from the start he was upfront with us regarding the sale: we had not been thinking about using a stylist to stage our home but Andrew strongly suggested that we should and we are so glad that we went along with his suggestion as we are sure the final sale price (which was right at the top end of our expectations) was a direct result of the staging. She provided advice on how to present the house, and organised high quality internet marketing - fantastic pictures, a detailed floor plan and a comprehensive description of the property. Megan went above and beyond doing local letter box drops and ringing around potential buyers. We had a high number of inspections and a lot of genuine interest in our property. Megan secured several offers, and obtained a great price for us in a very short time frame. Megan continued to be involved and provide advice to both ourselves and our buyers every step of the way through until settlement.
