Brian Whiteman was Brilliant!
Our home was very unusual as it was totally of the grid, with solar panels, a back-up generator and rainwater tanks. Brian was so interested to find out how it all worked so that he could explain it to prospective buyers. He was really enthusiastic! He gave us suggestions and tips on how to present our property in the best possible way. He also has a lot of real estate knowledge and he is realistic about current prices. My husband and I knew that we could trust Brian with selling our home. We had complete confidence in him. When I called him and had to leave a message he would return my call almost straight away and he kept us up-to-date and in the loop all the time. I never had to chase him. He was "on to it!" We had 4 successive Open Houses before he secured a great offer for us. We were really happy with the outcome. I totally recommend Brian Whiteman and his team from The Agency. They were so professional and enthusiastic. It was a great experience for us. I don't think that you could get a better real estate agent on the Central Coast.

The BEST Negotiator on the Central Coast
Brian and his team proved them selfs to be the best on the Central Coast. As an ex agent who was rated number 2 in the Sydney market I know this to be a fact, he is the best in Negotiation, Knowledge of the Coast and Trustworthy, I have handed him the keys to my house. He always kept my wife and I in the whole communication loop and did all those little things that most agents forget to do. This is high class service and value for money, normally you pay for what you get, but with Brian this goes way beyond the what you have paid for. Behind the scene his team just keeps on going, this was very much present in my knowledge of agencies and I’m not just talking about the early morning or late nights. Brian and Jennifer understanding of Buyers and sellers leaves you always in comfortable hands, it’s as if Brian has helicopter vision in been able to predict your next question. I personally give my highest recommendation to Brian and am willing to be contacted personally if needed.

Great Team!
Brian, Jen, and his team are always professional, on time, and provided detailed feedback from open houses. They were always easy to contact and as we had never sold a house before we found that they really took the time to talk and meet with us regularly to explain the whole process.
