Fast and efficient
Brittany managed to get a bit more for the house than offered, which was appreciated. But I think it could have been advertised at a higher price as it sold very fast

Fast and efficient but could have asked more.
Todd was fast and efficient in selling the house. If I have one criticism it's that he could have put a higher price on it. It got an offer at the highest price asked sight unseen the day after it went on the market. It could have got more. Other than that it all went very smoothly.
