Brit was great to deal with. Professional and straight to the point. I am a busy person, and a borderless investor whom does not have time for all the BS which often comes along with many agents. From the start I stated, I won't waste her time, and mine is important as well. Brit new what I wanted and what my budget was. She stayed within the criteria which streamlined the whole process. I think from start to finish it took less than 3 week to review a few properties and sign off on one, (the best one).
