Todd was enthusiastic and supportive throughout the whole process, from initial discussions to the auction. He put many hours into contacting possible buyers and assisted in organising the cleanup of the empty house a short amount of time. Todd supported the seller who has mental health problems and at no stage made him feel uncomfortable.
