Warm and professional services, smooth process with full satisfaction
We are friends but has been treated as family. Jessica provided practical advices even from our house hunting. Leading us successfully purchasing the new property and then seamlessly preparing the sale of existing property. Our property was sold within two weeks on market achieving a price above our expectations. An absolute success story! With her guidance the whole process became so easy and smooth. Must mention is Wayne Trattle, the other Team Ke member, has been so helpful since photographing. He helped beautifying the external yards and driveways. Even brought his own blower to clean the leaves before each opening. The best part is we went overseas right after the first opening and left the house to Jessica and Wayne. They worked very hard to get the house sold while we were enjoying the holiday. Wayne and Jessica kept us informed before and after every opening and important milestones. To maximise the buyers group, Wayne worked around the clock to cater to private inspection requests while made it well disciplined that only qualified buyers will be allowed for such request. Absolute demonstration of dedication and efficiency. I highly respect and recommend Team Ke for their dedication, efficiency, transparency and fairness.
