It can be hard to stand out over the general reviews listed but please believe this review as true and correct. Approx. 2 years ago we listed our family unit in Coogee to sell by auction. Chris took on the role of obtaining a relatively high set reserve, all the time listening and supporting the family. On top of this we purchased another unit in the vicinity (not of Chris's portfolio) of which she assisted us with information, market price and tradesman to undertake improvements. Chris has become a family friend, asking after all 6 children regularly and showing genuine interest in the family. The unit did not sell at auction as we were not desperate to sell. She arranged tenancy and guidance and happy to say she found a purchaser 2 years subsequent at the price we wanted. Chris's local knowledge, down to earth approach, respect, friendliness and ultimately the desire to obtain a result was 100% genuine and trustworthy.
