A True Professional

We first had the pleasure of working with Shad in 2001 when buying our first home. As buyers, what impressed us most at the time was his ability to understand the emotion and financial commitment involved in our big decision. He did everything to guide, inform and reassure us and work towards the best outcome for us and the vendor. Between Shad, Terri and us, we felt the sale of our home –beautifully restored, presented and marketed – was a real team effort and the communication lines were open every step of the way. The number of viewings far exceeded our expectations and true to his word, our home was sold at a price and within a timeframe we couldn’t be happier with. We’ve now worked with Shad on the buy and sell side and both experiences have been amazing. He is a true professional and deserves the numerous accolades and success he has achieved to date.
