I found Susan King to be a very honest, motivated agent. She has extensive knowledge of the area our property was in and gave us great feed back. The sale of our property was very easy. Susan always responded to my calls and helped us every step of the way.

We had a great experience working with Vikki on our Chevron Island apartment purchase. Right from the start she was friendly and personable, making the whole process feel easy and stress-free. What stood out most was her communication and how responsive she was — any question we had was answered and resolved quickly. This was a massive help with milestones and moving quickly. We'd have no hesitation recommending Vikki to anyone buying or selling on the Gold Coast.

We recently sold our unit and are stoked with the outcome. From the beginning Vikki made us feel confident with the whole process. Her understanding of the market was spot on and her efficiency had the unit sold before we new it. Do yourself a favour and give her a call !

We purchased in Coolangatta through Vikki and had a fantastic experience. She worked tirelessly over the Christmas break to get the deal across the line and was always open, honest and transparent throughout. Vikki communicated clearly, made time for us whenever we needed, and gave us the space to make our decision without pressure. We really appreciated her professionalism and would definitely use her again. Thank you Vikki x10!!!

We could not be more pleased with the service provided by Vikki. From the outset, she demonstrated expert knowledge of the local market, provided clear and honest advice, and communicated consistently and effectively throughout the entire process. Our property sold in a short timeframe, which was a direct result of her strategic approach and professionalism. The level of organisation, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence at every stage. We would highly recommend Vikki to anyone seeking a capable, results-driven agent.

Vicki has done an amazing job selling my apartment quickly and efficiently and achieving a great price with a cash unconditional sale. Nothing is too much for Vicki. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Has a great rapport with everyone and keeps you well informed and up to date with how things are progressing on a daily basis and is always available to talk things through or give advice, or just offer encouragement if needed. I cannot recommend her highly enough if you want to deal with an top rate real estate agent. Vicki is definitely up there with the best on the Gold Coast.

Could not be happier with the way Vikki and her team handled the sale of my apartment. It was sold off market for a new building record with no fuss at all. Vikki handled everything from the outset very calmy and professionally. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her team, and will definitely use her in the future for any other property sales. Thankyou to the whole team @The Agency.
