About Peter

Having lived in the Bayside area all his life, it was clearly a perfect match for Peter to make this area his territory. Having grown up in a strict Greek family, it taught Peter respect and that is what Peter prides himself on today. From the age of eight, Peter learnt sales and people skills and how to give world class service while working at his parents fish and chips shop in Frankston. Service was always high on his parent's agenda and that is why it is ingrained in Peter's work ethic today. After completing VCE, Peter took up a part time job at the local market and everything started to fall into perspective for him. This is where he learnt to spruik, he built his confidence in public speaking which naturally led to auctioneering. Peter's real estate career started when sitting behind the counter of his parents fish and chips shop, a real estate director walked in and said "you would make a great real estate agent", Peter thought "what have I got to lose?", 19 Years later he has not looked back. He loves real estate and he loves people, a lot of his clients are his friends who in turn recommend him, most of his business is referrals and those repeat clients just keep coming back. Peter has four beautiful daughters that are wonderful girls with varied personalities, Peter strives to instil the integrity that he grew up with as he believes this will make a difference in their lives. Extremely knowledgeable about marketing properties, with an upbeat warm personality.

Mitchal Towns was the obvious Real Estate Agent for me to use because of my previous dealings with both he and Elkie Zhou when they very successfully sold my mothers property in Croydon 14 months ago. Mitchal has some 20 plus years of experience in the industry and has selling and marketing techniques that work and enable you to relax a little through the process. He is rightly proud of his sales record and would be only to pleased to talk with you about that - I am sure! Mitchal is extremely professional and knowledgeable about Real Estate and he has a keen and engaging communication style. The Sales Campaign was initially focused towards an Auction date however with some advice on property presentation improvements, we successfully sold prior to Auction for a price beyond our initial thoughts. Mitchal is also an excellent and passionate Auctioneer with traditional style but unfortunately we missed seeing him in action again this time. I cannot speak more highly of Mitchal and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him as an Agent that you will feel comfortable with, but more importantly, that will get you the result you are after.

Professional approach towards potential Buyers and great feedback and advice to Vendors.

After Elkie Zhou and Mitchal Towns very successfully marketed and sold my elderly mothers home for an amazing price last year, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind to place my faith in them again to handle the sale of 2 Woodleigh Cres. Vermont South. Being my investment property that had been owned by family members for over 40 years, it was an emotional decision to sell. The advice they suggested regarding modest decor updates that included some paint and lighting improvements actually transformed the overall presentation of the property which then appealed to a wider buyer demographic. Locally, properties were being sold to investors to be rented however we sold to a beautiful young family that will see 3 Generations of their family living there. (My late Aunt and Uncle would be so pleased). Elkie was so particular and thorough with suggestions and having the property presented just right. She made the potential buyers feel comfortable and didn't pressure or fuss over them as some larger Agency staff are prone to do. She constantly provided me with feedback and particularly after each open house. Elkie, together with Mitchal, provided absolutely Top Class professional service at all times and as a result of that I am certain that the Sale price that was achieved was far in excess of my initial thoughts and expectations. From your initial meeting with them it feels 'relaxed' and 'right' for them to handle the Sale of your valuable asset. You will not be disappointed.
