After making the decision to list my property with Craig, the reasons why became very obvious, he sold my property after one open and within a week of it being on the market at a price I was more than happy with. His attention to detail was impeccable, managing and supporting the tenant who was living there at the time, liaising with my solicitor on my behalf and answering all the questions I threw at him with great knowledge.. Their personal service was very appreciated. The use of a ‘whats app’ group for my wife and I and David and Poppy worked well so we all could access the communications easily. They went above and beyond by preparing our home for sale whilst we were interstate. They organised all the quotes and work to be executed very quickly and efficiently, at no extra cost to us, using their network of trades people. The prices, and the turnaround times they got were far better than what we could have gotten ourselves. This removed significant stress from us and sped the process up of getting the house to market.
