We already knew that David & Poppy were the best agents for Dulwich Hill, particularly Williams Parade and they proved to live up to their very high reputation and our expectations. He was extremely diligent at getting stuff done, and helping organise contractors without too much input from myself to ready the place for sale. We met with a few real estate agents David and Poppy Diamantopoulos stood out. I can't speak more highly of Fayez. I have known Fayez for many years and he kept in touch and gave helpful advice. When it came to selling my Unit, Fayez knew the property and the area. He led us through the sale process giving an accurate estimation of the likely value before we listed the property. Fayez recommended a marketing package and arranged for a Saturday inspection. On the next day a buyer made an offer well above the estimate which we accepted.
