I have engaged David Diamantopoulos of Devine Real Estate to sell 2 properties of mine in Dulwich Hill, a 1 bedroom unit recently & a 2 bedroom house approximately 10 years ago. Both sales had good if not excellent results, thanks to the work of David. I like the fact that David has a great local knowledge of the Dulwich Hill area with their office in Marrickville, which was important to me. They have a lot of business in the area and this is good to secure those buyers that come from within their client base. I was generally happy with David's service & he had great assistance with his wife Poppy and they both worked hard to appease me & their other clients. I did have a communication breakdown regarding the inspection times as with my recent sale I didn't realise that David was doing midweek inspections on request & not on a set time during the week. So I suggest you clear this up with David before hand. Otherwise I am sure you will be happy with David & Poppy to secure your sale. Andrew Lee

Aaron was amazing.If you are considering selling in the Inner West,then this is the guy you need to get.He actually organised various contractors at the best price to renovate the house for me.Organised the stylist at an amazing price to style the house and even found me a conveyance lawyer.I found him and Penny his assistant to be honest and trustworthy.His advice was invaluable.I’ve had unpleasant dealings with real estate agents in the past,so when you find someone like this it’s like gold.
