David and team were brilliant from the outset with advice on changes ( or not) to the property to make it more marketable.However, it wasn’t just advising, they then organised and supervised numerous tradespeople to get the work done which was a massive help. We chose to have the property styled and with the marketing, it had never looked better. The initial campaign did stutter a little as the market tightened, but David was quick to advise on alternate strategies and ultimately we got a great outcome.
