I interviewed six different lower north shore agencies/agents and then took them all through my property for a second round to get everyones opinion. Shane stood out way above the rest as being excellent at his job. He did not waist time degrading other agents or their company practices Shane and his team went out of their way to make the process as stress free and easy for me as possible - nothing was too much trouble.
