Jake essentially sold our home “with one hand tied behind his back”, in that we wanted an Open Agreement with no advertising. Despite this, he achieved a great result for us within a couple of weeks. He didn’t over-promise, but was realistic and professional. However he achieved the price we wanted by using his negotiating skills. Jake is not your typical fast talking, “car salesman “ type agent. He quietly goes about getting the job done. We would recommend him.
