Over the past 5 or 6 years, Steven had developed a relationship with my elderly mother. A relationship that my mother valued to the point where she vowed to use Steven’s services if and when it came to selling the family home. The suggestion to auction the property resulted in a much better price than we had anticipated and the experience was a very positive one. Steven maintained constant contact with me throughout the selling period, regularly providing updates about potential buyers, buyer feedback in a very sensitive and unintrusive manner.
