i spent about 5 months looking for a home to buy and therefore met many agents. As the market was thriving I did find many of them quite off hand and unhelpful with regards to knowledge about the properties and advice on the areas etc.Houses as we know were selling the same day and there did not seem to be much reason to actually try very hard from their point.Sam however impressed me and my friends and family straight away with his friendly but professional manner and the way he took real interest in what i wanted in a home rather than just dismissing me if i was not interested in the first property I saw with him. He mentioned a home that was soon to come on the market and it sounded just my type of home.It actually took 3-4 months for it to do so and sure enough he informed me about it as soon as the sellers were thinking of selling.I loved it and from there we went.Sam has been such a pleasure to work with.He has responded to questions and emails often after hours and weekends with speed and even worked with the sellers to help me measure and see the property in the settlement period so i could organise renovation of bathroom to go straight ahead once we exchanged. I wish him the best and would not hesitate to recommend him or work with him again.
