Tim recently sold us a very special house. As is often the case with a long held and beloved family home, its sale had its challenges, which Tim navigated with thoughtful consideration. Record sale price and Excellent communication

Marcel was exceptional from start to finish. Communication was constant and clear, the sales strategy was developed collaboratively, they put a lot of genuine effort into negotiating and writing up every single offer, no matter the size. The outcome was beyond what I’d hoped for. Top-of-market offers and ultimately a record sale price for the building. Cannot recommend enough for anyone selling their home.

Efficient, hands on approach

Can't thank Tim enough for the care, time and effort he applied to helping to sell our family home of 60 years. Made what could have been quite overwhelming and bittersweet into an experience we'll look back on with fond memories. Negotiated a great outcome and even came to our garage sales! Providing a to-do list and any documents in prompt fashion helped us to stay on top of paperwork and ensure everything ran smoothly right until settlement.
