Excellent Agent with a fantastic team behind him

Anil is the best and most ethical real estate agent I have had the pleasure of doing business with and we have bought and sold multiple times in the past 20 years. I never felt under pressure at any time to make any hasty decisions or lower my asking price. Communication was excellent- Anil always contacted me promptly after any home opens or buyer contact/ inquiries. I never once had to chase Anil up to find out what was happening in regards to the progress of the marketing and if he said he was going to do something/ follow up with someone it was always done and I was always kept in the loop on the progress of everything. Special mention to his office support Peta who similarly always got back to me promptly with any questions or issues I may have had during the sales process - nothing was too much to ask. To top it off the commission charged was also very competitive in comparison to the other 4 agents I also contacted to appraise my property - in summary I have to say I trusted my gut when making the decision in employing the agent to market my property and I am very confident to recommend Anil as an honest, ethical person to trust the marketing of your property to.
