Good team but a bit intense

Anil and the Agency team were good to deal with but I we had a lot of pressure to sign documents very quickly. We had 3 phone calls from 3 different people within 6 hours of receiving the correct information on our contract. Everyone is very nice and professional but would have liked a bit less pressure overall.

Great result, but also good preparation prior to sale.

Being an interstate owner, I relied on Anil and his team to help get the property ready for sale, and they were prompt on organising the trades, the photography and styling. The tradies were also good particularly Biagino the handyman! Anil was also the lowest, as far as the potential quoted sale price from the agents I received quotes, to which he far exceeded. His method and recommendations during the campaign were spot on and based on experience and knowledge, and based on those I beleive we achieved the best possible price, well done Anil and the team.
