Extremely attentive and personalable service

Ajit was very responsive, communicative and he gave me the impression that I could call him at midnight with a question and he'd happily oblige (don't call him at midnight). Ajit got me the best possible price on two occasions but this second event really prompted me to want to leave him a good review. When I bought my first ever property it was in poor shape and had no buyers after two open houses, as I first home buyer I naively offered 10k more anyway. After inspection I asked if I could have it at the list price sheepishly and the good man had mercy to oblige. I've just sold that property to buy another as I'd flipped it, and Ajit helped me secure 50k more than the offered price when I sold, and dealt masterfully with the buyer who was at times difficult to work with. I'm very happy to have Ajit in my corner and I was in a unique position to benefit from his services both when buying and selling, it really felt like he was on my team and worked alongside me, and was transparent about his commissions and associated costs. He is punctual, treats you with respect. Of course he's being doing real estate for a while so he knows his stuff but what was impressive is his situational knowledge for caveats, tricks and suggestions that are in your benefit that a younger agent wouldn't yet have experienced.
