Brilliant communicator, consummate professional with both empathy and exceptional ethics.

Charlie went out of his way during the unusual dynamics of this sale. A couple separating and selling the family home to an eager buyer, where one of the selling parties was obdurate and unhelpful during the whole process, Charlie displayed exceptional ethics in the manner he conducted the sales process, showing a high level of empathy with all parties and clearly well-developed diplomatic skills. The sellers received a higher-than-expected result in a cooling market where Charlie clearly demonstrated his understanding of market conditions and negotiation skills. With the buyer overseas during the process Charlie went out of his way to ensure the buyers interests were also considered in a significant way.
