Initially good then lacking in service from signing the offer until settlement

The initial interaction was great. I received a great price for my house in a very short amount of time. Once the offer was accepted the service just seemed to disappear. I had to follow up on absolutely everything, including trying to figure out what was happening at settlement 4 days out. I hadn't received any notice on final inspection of the property or the additional terms outlined in the contract. It almost caused me to push back on settlement date. Communication is key to great service and unfortunately The Agency is lacking in that area.
