10/10 – As an interstate buyer, I had no local agent referrals or local property knowledge. I spent several days walking the suburbs of where I wanted to buy, talking to owners and asking who they bought from and if they would recommend an agent. Almost every single person I spoke to recommended Renee Hardman – what better evidence could you ask for? I also looked at current and previous sales of prestige properties in the area and Renee had by far the most listings and the most favorable reviews. Finally, when I met Renee in person at an open house she was incredibly knowledgeable and informative – both on all the positive aspects of the property, but also of important considerations based on location and surrounding similar sales. When I purchased my property, Renee was instrumental in achieving an outcome that worked for myself and the seller. It was a difficult negotiation process, but Renee genuinely worked hard for both parties to achieve a great outcome. Renee is incredibly experienced, highly regarded, is very professional and helpful, and I would absolutely recommend her to others, and I would most definitely buy/sell with Renee again.
