Hard working and Transparent

I only spoke to Fab towards the end of the purchase being completed, however, he worked very closely with my Buyers Agent - Adam Nyeholt - to assist us with the property we were bought. Fab was always contactable, and transparent with his vendor's requirements and expectations. He worked with Adam to discuss the market conditions, contract particulars and assisted us when we were ready to put in our offer. There were some unforeseen delays, due to market conditions, and Fab worked with us and his client to continually communicate and provide a status of progress to all stakeholders. When I did touch base with Fab directly, he was understanding of our situation, and was honest in his endeavours to relay our position as the buyer back to his client. I felt that Fab listened to us, and worked with us to finalise the purchase. We couldn't be happier with the property we bought from Fab and his client!!!
