A highly competent agent and just an awesome person too!

Gaylene is a fantastic selling agent and so pleasant to deal with. She did a great job at representing her client during negotiations in the early stages and then after the Building & Pest and final inspection uncovered a few warranty items that needed resolving before settlement. Throughout this I found her to be respectful, easy to engage with, and very responsive despite her being so busy. She was pivotal in helping guide all parties to reach a compromise and progress to settlement where everyone was happy with the outcome. I was very impressed.
