An Agent there from Beginning to the End

So what do you look for in a agent when you are selling your home? A local agent? A agent who is selling alot of homes in your area? An agent who has a lower fee? An agent recommended by family or friends? We all have different opinions and different tick boxes when finding an Agent. Why did we pick Steve from The Agency? When viewing a property to purchase he greeted us, asked for some details, asked what we were looking for to suit our family needs, we weren’t rushed out of the property we were viewing and he followed up the next day for our view on the property we viewed. To us this showed great Customer service for us as a buyer and a potential seller - and yes this should be most agents process but when looking as a buyer for us it was not. We asked for an apprasial of our home based on this one friendly interaction, and yes we had contacted other agents for apprasial’s that we had met at other viewings as well as local agents to us. At our apprasial Steve talked us through the advertising process with The Agency, photo’s, video and a 3D walk around video and fees. We looked at other properties online Steve had, their advertising, their blurb and liked that style for our home. We loved the photos and video that was taken but best of all the 3D walk through video was the icing on the cake especially if any interstate or oversea buyers were looking. With all these appointments Steve attended and helped his colleagues with the process if needed. We had two home open’s scheduled and our home was sold in a week to a buyer who attended the first home open. From all the inspections, paperwork and settlement agent information Steve was there to guide us in person or on the phone, no questions was ever a silly one.
