Where do I start with Johnny and his team at Cross realty. Cross realty was managing my investment, so when it came time to sell it was a no brainer. Johnny explained the process and his services so I signed on the dotted line. From the beginning I didn’t have to stress or feel uninformed. Johnny was dealing directly with the tenants and making sure the whole process was streamlined and before and after every inspection I received updates and a breakdown of prospective purchasers. After about 2-3 weeks I received a call that a good offer was put forward and that was where Johnny’s expertise shone. The purchaser was a little off where I wanted in terms of price, but Johnny worked his magic and got a contract signed above asking. Contacts were signed exchanged and deal done all within 24 hours. Johnny was on top of the whole process. He contacted the purchasers solicitor, arranged for building inspections and worked to make sure the purchaser and vendor were both happy at the end of the cooling off period. All I had to do was wait for settlement. Cannot recommend Johnny and his team enough. They make such a huge decision so easy and as stress free as possible.
